When God says NO - Book Review I enjoyed reading this book written by Sheridan Voysey . This book represents many of us who have experienced the “journey of wilderness” in our life. Wilderness is the barren place of longing and fulfilment – a place of the wilderness waiting yet never reaching the “Promised Land”. The author asks very important questions while we are on the journey of wilderness such as; -Will we keep our promise when things get difficult? -Will we still focus on our faith when the costs get high? -Are morals and short-cuts tempting when we want something desperately? -Are we able to stay humble when things are getting worse? These all questions show and test our level of faith at a hard time/season of life. Having the right mindset and behaviour is challenging but very important to be resilient at a difficult time.
