Book 1 - The New One Minute Manager 

The writer Ken Blanchard and Spencer Johnson have written The New One Minute Manager to introduce the book’s powerful, important lessons to a new generation. In their concise, easy-to-read story, they teach readers three very practical secrets about leading others—and explain why these techniques continue to work so well. These are the three ideas of managing people and becoming a manager. 

One Minute Goal: Everyone in the team has to write a one-page goal and implement the ideas accordingly. It will help to review fast and make precise and concise the idea. 

One Minute Praising: A idea is focusing on what is write the employee did and praise as much as quickly whenever the time of one to one conversation or any other mode of conversation. It will help to encourage people especially when they are implementing new ideas, on the other hand, we can say in the learning phase, motivation is essential to move ahead. 

One Minute Re-directing: It about the quick correction if the person is not on track what s/he was setout the gaol in the beginning. It will help to person to focus on the goal.

Change is an integral part of our lives, both professionally and personally. It's important to remember that ups and downs are a natural part of life, and it's up to us how we choose to react and manage difficult situations. We often consider happiness, success, and prosperity to be blessings, while negative consequences make us unhappy. However, it's important to remember that a life full of joy is impossible, and it's unrealistic to expect that everything will always go smoothly. The most important thing is how we choose to focus on blessings and positive experiences, rather than dwelling on negative events and expecting them to repeat themselves. By focusing on the positive and wishing for good things to come, we are more likely to attract them into our lives.
